In the entire area between the village of La Pared, Costa Calma and the wind farm you can find many semi desert bird species. Among them Houbara Bustard, Cream-coloured Courser, Чурулин and Black-bellied Sandgrouse.

Access
Many years ago I explored this area from Costa Calma. However, there is now a speed read between the city and the birding area and the birding places that interrupt the path. Therefore, I now drove to La Pared and walked from there on. In contrast to Costa Calma I found there good numbers of Cream-coloured Courser and Black-bellied Sandgrouse. However, Чурулин were close to Costa Calma and Houbara Bustard were not seen there but I found them formerly from the walk I made from Costa Calma. Also Lesser Short-toed Lark were there much more abundant. However, birds can be seen virtually everywhere on the plains. You can explore the entire area between La Pared, Costa Calma and the wind farm.
