The Yperenplas (also called Wilpse Plas) is an easy accessible birding place near the city of Deventer. It offers a wide view on the typical IJssel valley, with a good chance of special species on the lake and in the surroundings. Among the birds you can see here are дива гуска, орел рибар, обично камењарче, обичен галеб, патка лажичарка, сива патка, патка свиркач, чапја лажичарка, езерски галеб, Barnacle Goose and Обична (Црнонокна) ветрушка.
