The Haaksbergerveen is a birdrich bog area on the border between The Netherlands and Germany. In spring, you can see many species of breeding bird here, like кукавица, црноглаво муварче and лисесто циганче. Typical species of open moorland, like планинско ливадарче and обично ливадарче are present too. Even the forested parts of the area are great for breeding species, like саријазма. It's a very quiet area, so even сив жерав has moved here to breed. In winter, this part is the abode of големо страче. Other nice birds you can find here are обично страче, обично камењарче, мал клукајдрвец, Полска еја and блатна еја.
