Pleasant countryside area along the Osellino canal where you can observe, among others, herons and swifts.
You can explore Canale Osellino from the path on the embankment. To the north the territory is characterized by agricultural fields and scrubland, to the south you can see the characteristic sandbanks. Nice for herons, cormorants, ducks and other water birds. Also nice to observe the swifts whose nests are under the Campalto bridge. Among the birds you can encounter are Дива патка, сива чапја, зеленонога блатна кокошка, голем корморан, црвеноклун лебед, обична пиштарка and мала бела чапја.

Italiano: Piacevole area di campagna lungo il canale Osellino dove poter osservare, tra i vari, aironi cenerini e rondoni (i cui nidi sono sotto al ponte di Campalto).
Canale Osellino can be reached on foot or better yet by bicycle, leaving the car at the end of via Passo Campalto or at the Campalto cemetery (VE). To travel the canal in the opposite direction, you can leave your car at Forte Bazzera in Tessera (VE). Click on a P in the map for directions. The canal passes near the San Giuliano Park so, if you want, you can start from there by bicycle.
