The Bozi di Saudino are former quarries. You walk among the lakes, even of considerable size for Liguria, and the canals, to spot numerous aquatic species, as well as numerous passerines. I Bozi di Saudino sono laghi di origine artificiale derivanti da ex cave allagate, nel territorio del parco di Montemarcello Magra. Si cammina tra i laghi, anche di dimensioni notevoli per la Liguria, e i canali, per avvistare numerose specie acquatiche, quali anatidi, rallidi e ardeidi, oltre a numerosi passeriformi. Facile osservare црна лиска, Дива патка, сива чапјаe, nei canali, numerose зеленонога блатна кокошка. Si osservano spesso anche голем корморан . The area is easily accessible, just pay attention to the small sign on the main road to Marinella, it is scarcely frequented. The nearest motorway exit is Sarzana. The site is not recommended after heavy rain (the paths can be completely muddy).
