Description
Just south of Sigri beach, another part of the Petrified Forest park is located, called Plaka Park. Besides worth visiting to admire several huge fossilized tree trunks, the area is also home to several typical rocky landscape species, like Еребица, шпанско камењарче and црвеногрла стрнарка. Somewhere in the area, степска ветрушка breeds and can be seen here often.
The park also offers a great view over the sea, and large flocks of Мал завој can be observed.
