Description

Especially in winter the bay of Wohlenberger Wiek is worth visiting with a high possibility to spot морски кожувар. The birds come into the bay when it is windy to seek protection from the wind. Then you can see up to 1000 морски кожувар and, with luck and patience, ушест нуркач and црноврат нуркач. Sometimes you can also see divers, such as белец. On the way there, you should also keep an eye on the fields, as there is a chance to spot Пепелава врана, жолтоклун лебед and maybe even мал лебед. For photographers this is not a very good place, because the birds are mostly up to 700m out at the sea.

In summer birds like среден пескар, голем српоклун свиркач and полско врапче can be observed. долгоопашеста патка, Common Scoter, Common Eider, среден северен нуркач and белокрила црнка can be spotted too. Personally, I only visited the area in winter. Please leave a comment below if you want to add info about other seasons in Wohlenberger Wiek.
