Description

The Polder Bramel is a perfect habitat for waders, waterfowl and meadow birds. It is an important resting area and wintering area for migratory birds. Bird species that can be seen here include белоопашест орел, орел рибар, Синогушка, чапја лажичарка and рибарче. The groups of resting geese, swans and ducks during the cold winter months are quite considerable. With a bit of perseverance and a bit of luck, rare species such as касписка рибарка, белобрада рибарка, белокрила рибарка and Црвенонога сабјарка can be spotted. Rare birds have also been documented here. These include Wilson's Phalarope, Baird's Sandpiper and ноќна чапја.
