Description
Moosschwaige has surprisingly varied habitats. There are reedbeds (трскар рогозар, обичен трскар), ponds and streams (барска кокошка, рибарче) with attached wetland being actively maintained by beavers. There are also woods and grassland.
Star species are жолто гушанче, обично страче and кукавица in the summer, големо страче in the winter, and woodpeckers all year round, including мал клукајдрвец , сивоглав клукајдрвец and црн клукајдрвец.

Moosschwaige is located in the west of Munich, reachable from Aubing or Freiham S-Bahn (30 minute walk). Allow at least two hours to explore. Press P on the map for directions to a parking spot. The circular walking route indicated on the map is about 4 km.
