Description
The Herrenteich attracts various waders (мал пескар, зеленонога тринга, црна тринга, шумска тринга, шарена тринга, обична бекасина), especially during migration times. These birds are less common regionally. You can often see the рибарче, планинска тресиопашка, црна луња, црвена луња and various ducks and geese. From time to time црн штрк, јастреб врапчар, јастреб кокошкар are flying over. Now and then, орел рибар, блатна еја, and сокол ластовичар can also be seen.
The area can be seen from two sides and the footbridges can be walked on. One side of the lake is overgrown with trees. Another is covered with reeds.

The area is best explored on foot and free parking is available directly in front of the lake at the inn. The footbridges are freely accessible and you can enjoy a drink while watching.
