Description
The Hauke-Haie-Koog is an important resting and moulting area for many bird species in the Wadden Sea. Every year in spring and autumn when migrating, thousands of geese come to the Hauke-Haien-Koog to rest and moult. The observation hide can be reached directly by car because a parking lot is right next to it. You can also make a stop here by bike along the coastal cycle path.
