Description
The typical species of a city can be seen at the Decksteiner Weiher in summer. On the lake Canada Goose, Egyptian Goose, цуцулест нуркач and Дива патка can be seen. Around the lake you can observe зелен клукајдрвец, билбилче, среден клукајдрвец and much more. In winter, however, more rare duck species such as цуцулест кожувар, црвеноглав кожувар, сива патка and with a bit of luck also црн кожувар can be found.

Decksteiner Weiher is easy to reach by bike from Cologne (Köln). You can also get there easily by car. Click on a P in the map for directions to a parking. A circular walk around the lake is about 5 km.
