Étang du Bout du Monde is a reserve of remarkable interest throughout the year. You can find the патка лажичарка, сива патка, патка берија, црвеноглав кожувар and цуцулест кожувар all year round, nesting quite regularly. цуцулест нуркач and мал нуркач also nest on the pond, joined by several notable species of shorebirds, such as мал пескар and калуѓерка. A heron colony welcomes numerous pairs of сива чапја, and the reed beds have numerous трскар рогозар, блатен трскар and Мочварна овесарка.
It is during migrations that you will have the best chance of observing a great diversity of species, from the end of July. The site annually hosts groups of патка ластовичарка, црноврат нуркач, црвенонога тринга, зеленонога тринга and обичен свиркач, the latter four more often individually. This reserve is remarkable all year round for its gulls. Indeed, this pond provided France with its 3rd mention of Kelp Gull, and numerous mentions of Голем морски галеб and касписки галеб for the Île de France. Sightings of this type take place in May as well as June, August or even February.
In winter, патка свиркач, четириока патка, mergansers and other rare diving ducks are regular. The гусковидна патка is also a regular winter resident of the site, and the surrounding fields are rich in ливадска трепетилка, карпеста трепетилка and златно блатарче during the cold season.

Cette réserve intégrale est d'un intérêt remarquable tout au long de l'année. On peut y rencontrer les патка лажичарка, сива патка, патка берија, црвеноглав кожувар et цуцулест кожувар toute l'année, nichant assez régulièrement. Le цуцулест нуркач et мал нуркач nichent aussi sur l'étang, rejoint par plusieurs espèce notables de limicoles, comme le мал пескар et le калуѓерка. Une héronnière acceuille de nombreux couples de сива чапја, et les roselières acceuillent de nombreux chanteurs de трскар рогозар, блатен трскар et Мочварна овесарка.

Le site accueille anuellement des groupes de патка ластовичарка, црноврат нуркач , црвенонога тринга, зеленонога тринга et обичен свиркач, ces quatres derniers plus souvent à l'unité. Cette réserve est remarquable tout au long de l'année pour ses laridés. En effet, cet étang a fourni à la France sa 3e mention de Kelp Gull, et de nombreuses mentions de Голем морски галеб et касписки галеб pour l'Île de France. Les observations de ce type ont aussi bien lieu en mai qu'en juin qu'en août ou encore qu'en février, donc ouvrez l'oeil !
En hiver, les патка свиркач, четириока патка, harles et autres rares canards plongeurs sont réguliers. Le гусковидна патка est aussi un hivernant régulier du site, et les champs alentours sont riches en ливадска трепетилка, карпеста трепетилка et златно блатарче pendant la saison froide.

Access
From Paris, take exit 9 of the A13, then cross Élisabethville to the Salle du Bout du Monde sports complex. Park in the car park, then follow the path alongside it and turn after passing the bridge over the Mauldre. Continue straight ahead until you reach the pond.
