Description
The tip of Cape Sõrve has an open and walkable beach with a big lighthouse. Before the tip of the peninsula there are lot's of juniper bushes. In these bushes over the years many rarities have been found.
During winter many Purple Sandpiper, белоопашест орел and Snow Bunting can be found. Sometimes it's possible to see тропрст галеб and Steller's Eider.
In spring and autumn the migration is spectacular, for example more than half a million обична ѕвингалка and 30,000 гулаб гурмиш have been counted in just a single day. Over 200 species are recorded in this area each year.

Access
The tip of Cape Sõrve is located at the southern end of the Sõrve peninsula, followed by a number of islets that are part of the Irbe Strait. The Sõrve peninsula is located between the Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Riga. As it is a touristy spot, it is very easily accessible by foot, by car or by bus.
