Description
Lyngby Sø covers about 57 hectares and is part of the Mølleåen river system. It is the smallest of the four lakes that are located on Mølleåen. Lyngby Sø is connected to the adjacent lake Bagsværd Sø (also described on Birdingplaces). Thanks to the variety of waterfowl like црвеноклун лебед , четириока патка , цуцулест кожувар , цуцулест нуркач and migratory birds that stop here, the lake is interesting for birdwatching. In the reedbeds around the lake you can also see many birds Мочварна овесарка , трскар рогозар , обичен трскар .

Access
Lyngby Sø is located on the border between Lyngby-Taarbæk and Gladsaxe municipalities in the northern suburbs of Copenhagen. From central Copenhagen, the easiest way to reach Lyngby Sø is to take the S-train (line E towards Hillerød) to Lyngby Station (1). Once you arrive at Lyngby Station, you simply head west and then follow signs or paths toward the lake.
