This area along the Vltava River is not a very beautiful place, but you can find some interesting birds there and there are many ducks and swans on this part of the river. Mandarin Duck is common. Also common are цуцулест кожувар, мал нуркач, црвеноклун лебед, Дива патка, езерски галеб, рибарче, циганче and зелен клукајдрвец. In winter касписки галеб and голем корморан are regulars. If you have a bit of luck, you can also find сива патка. In the winter, some rarer ducks like патка лажичарка, патка свиркач, четириока патка, голем северен нуркач or патка превез can be found there.

This area of the river is located 8 km south from the city center of Prague. Easy to reach from Prague by tram.
