Snepkensvijver is one of the oldest nature reserves in Flanders. Nice bird area and good views from a birding hide.
The Snepkensvijver is a wet, marshy area. It attracts countless water birds you can see from a nice bird hide. патка берија is common here. Typical breeding birds are the црвеноглав кожувар, цуцулест кожувар and мал нуркач. Other birds you can encounter are црвеногушка, планинско ливадарче, Синогушка, јастреб кокошкар, глувчар, сива чапја, црвена чапја, дологоопашеста сипка, цуцулеста сипка and lots more.

Het is een nat, moerassig gebied en trekt talloze watervogels aan die je kunt zien vanuit een mooie vogelkijkhut. патка берија is vaak te zien. Typische broedvogels zijn црвеноглав кожувар, цуцулест кожувар en мал нуркач. Andere vogels die je kunt tegenkomen zijn црвеногушка, планинско ливадарче, Синогушка, јастреб кокошкар, глувчар, сива чапја, црвена чапја, дологоопашеста сипка, цуцулеста сипка en nog veel meer.
Cycling might be best to see more of the area. Make a stop at the pond and the bird hide and Kasterlee with its beautiful forests.
