Description
Only 15 km from Innsbruck, the Inzinger Gaisau is one of the last floodplains in the Inn Valley. It has ponds, woodlands, agricultural fields, wet meadows, reedbeds and borders the shores of the river Inn. This makes Inzinger Gaisau rich in habitats and therefore rich in birds.
Birds you can see here are дрозд боровинкар, брезов свиркач, голем северен нуркач, рибарче, шарена тринга, жолто гушанче црноглаво грмушарче, мал клукајдрвец and both обичен ползач and краткопрст ползач and many species of tits. In winter sometimes you can encounter large flocks of билбилче, елова зелентарка, and in late winter северна ѕвингалка.
On the northern waters edge you have a good view on meadows and reedbeds. You can find обично ливадарче here and with some luck црна луња. On the pond you can see мал нуркач and different kinds of ducks. Around the reedbeds check for барска кокошка, Мочварна овесарка, трскар рогозар, обичен трскар and мал трскар.
