Description
Old gardens and sparce trees on Vorotan's canyon side. They are home for сириски клукајдрвец, сојка and various tits. Near water springs and old wells you can find different finches (обична ѕвингалка, елова зелентарка, дебелоклун црешар, конопјарче) and warblers such as црноглаво грмушарче, мал трскар and обичен свиркач.
As this place is the side of canyon, you can encounter birds of prey and scavengers such as Лисест (Белоопашест) глувчар, мал орел, мал орел кликач, брадест мршојадец, египетски мршојадец and also swifts.

Access
This area is located at the outskirts of Halidzor village. You can get there by car or by taxi from the closest town Goris. You should go through Halidzor village towards Tatev, and stop near Dzorak guesthouse. Then go by foot downslope along the unpaved road. Total descent from Tatev higway and Dzorak guesthouse to the river is about 500 m. So you should count your power to rise back up.
It takes 1-2 hours to have a good birding trip (it is not necessary to go all the way down to the riverbed).
