Description
Djimla Forest is also known as Forêt de Bouafroune. The forest sits at an elevation of 1,287 meters. It is a mixed forest with clearings where Algerian Nuthatch and Atlas Flycatcher can be observed. Other birds that have been spotted include белоглав мршојадец, орел змијар, мал орел, Maghreb Owl, Пупунец, пчеларка, Levaillant's Woodpecker, гавран and саријазма.

Djimla Forest is located south of the town of Djimla (marked with 1 on the map). It is best to explore the forest with a guide.
