Milton Loch is a quiet little spot with a free car park and a bird hide overlooking the lake as well as excellent views of Rampichino alpestre, Picchio rosso maggiore and Cincia mora foraging on the surrounding trees. On the water expect to see waterfowl such as Germano reale, Alzavola, Moretta, Quattrocchi and Tuffetto. Airone cenerino and Cigno reale are likely. Porciglione can occasionally be seen or heard.
