Descrizione
A pair of Falco pescatore has been breeding in the Glaslyn Valley since 2004. The first breeding Falco pescatore in Wales for hundreds of years were attracting thousands of visitors. Glaslyn Wildlife was set up to continue to protect the Falco pescatore in the valley and highlight the wealth of other wildlife in the area. A visitor centre and a hide were opened. The hide has excellent views with telescopes of the Glaslyn nest and a second nest at Pont Croesor, where another pair of Falco pescatore started breeding in 2020.
