In spring and summer at the small lake, Sunnerstaviken, you have a change of finding Svasso cornuto, Svasso collorosso or in rare cases Tuffetto. Go south of the lake and you find yourself in a forested ridge, where you can find your typical forest birds. If you are at the skislope during winter you have a change of finding Tordo sassello and in certain years Ciuffolotto delle pinete will feed on Rowan-berries. On the other side of the river a lot of geese usually rest during spring and autumn migration, species like Oca lombardella and Oca zamperosee have been found there.
