in the Skiren and Kvicken area you can hike on marked trails, through old, dense and untouched forest. You can walk around the two small lakes Skiren and Kvicken. Common birds are Cincia dal ciuffo, Cincia mora, Regolo, Rampichino alpestre, Picchio rosso maggiore, Crociere comune and more. From time to time Picchio tridattilo and Civetta nana have been discovered here.
