Laguna de Pedraza de Campos is one of the main wetlands of Tierra de Campos in the province of Palencia, next to the nearby La Nava and Boada lagoons (both also described on Birdingplaces). The birds that can be observed are the usual ones in a wetland and in an agricultural environment, that is, waterfowl, steppe birds and birds of urban-rural environments. From ducks, waders to Otarda and Grillaio.

Espagnol: Humedal temporal estepario en un ambiente agrícola, resturado en 2004 y que alberga una rica representación de aves acuáticas y esteparias del interior ibérico. Se trata de uno de los principales humedales de Tierra de Campos en la provincia de Palencia, junto a las cercanas lagunas de La Nava y de Boada. Las aves que se pueden observar son las habituales en un humedal y en un ambiente agrario, es decir, aves acuáticas, esteparias y de ambientes urbanos-rurales. Desde anátidas, limícolas a avutardas y cernícalos primillas.

The best option is to leave the car in the town of Pedraza de Campos and go to the lagoon on foot along the 2 km long path that leads to the bird observatory, a path that is also an interpretive route. This route starts from the restored dovecotes owned by Fundación Global Nature with a large explanatory panel on its history and benefits of these traditional constructions. Next, another four panels describe the most representative birds of the lagoons and their surroundings.

Espagnol: La mejor opción es dejar el coche en la localidad de Pedraza de Campos y dirigirse a la laguna a pie por el camino que se dirige al observatorio de aves, camino que también es una ruta interpretativa. Esta ruta parte de los palomares restaurados que posee Fundación Global Nature con un gran panel explicativo de su historia y beneficios de estas construcciones tradicionales.
