At Ca l'Espinal the combination of cultivated fields and forests ensure a good number of birds, especially during migrations. In autumn it is a good point to observe the passage of birds of prey on their flight to the south, usually not in large numbers but with a lot of variety.

Accesso
The area can be accessed from the C-1415c road. You have to climb to the top, where there is an abandoned gas station. Right there you have to take the "camí dels contrabandistes", a track that runs parallel to the C-1415c in direction E. After crossing a stretch of woods (approximately 1 km) you reach the plateau of Ca l'Espinal.

Espagnol: Se puede acceder desde la carretera C-1415c. Hay que subir hasta lo más alto, donde se halla una gasolinera abandonada. Allí mismo hay que coger el "camí dels contrabandistes", una pista que corre paralela a la C-1415c en dirección E. Tras atravesar un tramo de bosques (aproximadamente 1 km) se llega a la altiplanicie que es Ca l'Espinal.

Recommended especially in autumn migration, especially the second half of September. Although the most abundant species are Falco pecchiaiolo, Falco di palude and Gheppio, rarities such as Aquila anatraia minore and Albanella pallida have been observed, as well as interesting species such as the Falco cuculo, Aquila di Bonelli, Grifone, Capovaccaio and Avvoltoio monaco.

Espagnol: Recomendable sobre todo en migracion otoñal, especialmente la segunda quincena de septiembre. Aunque las especies más abundantes son abejero europeo, aguilucho lagunero occidental y cernícalo vulgar, se han llegado a observar rarezas como águila pomarina y aguilucho papialbo, y también especies interesantes como cernícalo patirrojo, águila perdicera, buitre común, alimoche y buitre negro.
