Langesundstangen Nature Reserve is located south of Langesund town centre. The area is coastal, and the reserve includes habitats related to saltwater, but also forest. Among the birds you can encounter are Oca selvatica, Oca zamperosee, Cigno reale, Volpoca, Edredone, Orco marino, Orchetto marino, Uria, Aquila di mare and Beccaccia di mare.
