The Noordlaarderbos is a very nice forest with different kinds of forest birds, with at least three different kinds of woodpecker (Picchio nero, Picchio rosso minore, Picchio rosso maggiore). This mixed forest is also home to birds of prey such as Sparviere, Astore and Gufo comune and also Corvo imperiale and Crociere comune.
