Descrizione
The small Rif wetland is located in the area of Melrakkaslétta on the Snaefellsnes peninsula in northwest Iceland. It is a breeding area for many birds and has an ideal location between the coast and the mountains. Among the birds you can encounter are Strolaga minore, Svasso cornuto, Edredone, Falaropo beccosottile, Smergo minore, Oca colombaccio, Cigno selvatico, Sterna codalunga, Corriere grosso, Pittima reale, Pettegola, Labbo, Gabbiano islandico and Gabbiano glauco.
