Descrizione
The road towards Makara is a great route to search for many typical inland breeding species that inhabit the drier parts of the island, like Coturnice orientale, Monachella and Picchio muratore di roccia. The rocky outcrops are a great spot for Passero solitario and Ortolano grigio. The small scattered bushes are good for migrating Stiaccino, Culbianco and Saltimpalo.
Further down the road, the road lies adjacent to a shallow valley with scattered trees, and several small groves. These areas are great for migrants, like Gruccione, Upupa, shrikes, warblers, swallows, swifts and flycatchers.
