Descrizione
Just west of Vatera, on the headland, a small chapel is located, called Palia Vigla. The area is fairly wooded, and is a great spot to find species, like Cincia dalmatina, Picchio rosso mezzano and especially Occhiocotto.
During autumn migration, the area is also great to watch migrating raptors, like Biancone, harriers, falcons, buzzards and sometimes eagles.
