Descrizione
The cultivated grassland "Randowbruch" adjoins traditional forests and offers great opportunities for almost all Central European bird of prey species, especially in spring and summer. Aquila anatraia minore, Falco pecchiaiolo, Poiana calzata (in winter), Aquila di mare, Nibbio reale, Nibbio bruno, all falcons (including almost annual records of Falco cuculo), Harriers (Falco di palude, unregularly Albanella minore in summer, Albanella reale in winter season) can be seen in good numbers and at close range. Rarities like Nibbio bianco and Aquila imperiale have been recorded.
In addition, typical grassland species like Pavoncella, Chiurlo maggiore or Wagtails can be observed. Also Bigia padovana, Averla piccola and Pispola hold territory in the area.

Best access is via Gramzow and Zehnebeck from the West or Blumberg/Casekow from the East. The area is poorly connected via Public transport, bike (or car) is a good alternative.
Important note: The whole area is under agricultural use. This means that mowing machines etc. regular use the field paths. These are only partially open to motorized traffic, please pay attention to traffic signs. Although the area is easy to hike by foot, please don't leave the field paths.
