Descrizione

This shallow water area in the floodplains of the river Ruhr has a well-developed vegetation and remnants of a riparian forest. The area floods at regular intervals. You will have the opportunity to observe waterfowl up close. Grebes and ducks are accustomed to humans and show little shyness. But also rarer species, such as Alzavola, Tuffetto, Martin pescatore and Porciglione can be observed.
