In the beginning of Ehemalige Rieselfelder Werne you pass a tiny forest, where you can find Scricciolo, Picchio rosso maggiore and Picchio verde and some other forest species. In the winter you can see Airone bianco maggiore, Oca lombardella and sometimes even a Oca granaiola della tundra. The biggest part of the area are fields that sometimes hold water. These fields are fenced, wich is good for Stiaccino and Saltimpalo. In the fields you can see Pispola and Cutrettola you can watch even in the summer.

You have to park at the cemetery. Click on the P in the map for directions. From the parking you can go into a small path, where you first see a tiny forest and then the fields

How good the area is for birding depends on how much water there is. If there is much water, it is good, if there is no water, you nearly see nothing. In 2016 Garzetta and in 2015 a Cutrettola ssp flavissima was recorded.
