Plan d'eau de Reichshoffen is a lake surrounded by a forest. The orientation of the sun in relation to the observatory is optimal. A dike also allows observation but the birds are a little far away, apart from the Falco pescatore when he is fishing. It is possible to go around the pond on foot. Among the birds you can encounter are Martin pescatore, Cormorano, Oca egiziana, Airone bianco maggiore, Svasso maggiore, Airone cenerino and Ballerina gialla.

Français: Superbe plan d'eau où vient en automne un Falco pescatore. On y trouve un observatoire et une digue pour l'observation. Le plan d'eau est encaissé dans une forêt mais l'orientation du soleil par rapport à l'observatoire et optimale. Une digue permet également l'observation mais les oiseaux sont un peu loin, hormis le Falco pescatore quand il pêche. Il est possible de faire le tour de l'étang à pied. On y trouve également du Martin pescatore, Cormorano, Oca egiziana, Airone bianco maggiore, Svasso maggiore, Airone cenerino, Ballerina gialla.

Plan d'eau de Reichshoffen is located 2 km north of the town of Reichshoffen. There is a parking lot 150m from the observatory. And two parking lots on either side of the dike. Click on a P in the map for directions.
