In Marais Alcalin de Chicheboville-Bellengreville around a hundred species of birds have been recorded. Breeding birds include Martin pescatore, Forapaglie comune, Migliarino di palude, Falco di palude and Porciglione. As a migratory stopover, Falco pescatore and Tarabuso are noted. In the woodlands Picchio rosso minore and Rigogolo are regularly observed.

Français: Marais Alcalin de Chicheboville-Bellengreville couvre une superficie de 154 ha avec en son centre une tourbière alcaline : habitats forestiers, roselière, bas-marais, prairies et étangs. Une centaine d'espèces d'oiseaux a été inventoriée. Parmi les nicheurs, on peut citer le Martin pescatore, Forapaglie comune, Migliarino di palude, Falco di palude, Porciglione. Park in the hamlet of Chicheboville (parking lot of the old town hall) and follow the Tethys path which will take you into the marsh. Click on the P in the map for directions to the parking. The walking route indicated on the map is about 4 km.
