Gravière de Fleurville is interesting for migratory birds and especially passerines. It is a good site to observe Pendolino, Migliarino di palude but also Cicogna bianca. In the immediate vicinity of the gravel pit there is a large island in the Saône which is home to a mixed colony of herons composed of Airone guardabuoi, Garzetta and Nitticora.

Français: Le site est une ancienne gravière située au bord de la Saône et aujourd'hui réabilité en plan d'eau de loisirs. Le plan d'eau est surtout intéressant pour les oiseaux migrateurs et notamment les passereaux. C'est un bon site pour observer la Pendolino, le Migliarino di palude mais aussi la Cicogna bianca. À proximité immédiate de la gravière on trouve une grande île sur la Saône qui abrite une colonie mixte d'ardéidés composée d' Airone guardabuoi, Garzetta et Nitticora.
