Kaidanpään Lintutorni is a bird observation tower that offers a great vantage point for observing various bird species. You can see waterfowl, herons, and have a good chance to hear Tarabuso and Porciglione. Aquila di mare can be seen hunting all year round. Other birds you can observe in the area include Cigno selvatico, Mestolone, Fischione, Alzavola, Moretta, Pesciaiola, Smergo maggiore, Svasso maggiore, Gru, Combattente, Beccaccino, Piro piro boschereccio, Pettegola, Sterna maggiore, Sterna comune, Falco pescatore, Falco di palude, Picchio rosso maggiore, Lodolaio, Cincia mora, Cincia dal ciuffo, Basettino, Forapaglie comune, Cannaiola, Prispolone and Zigolo giallo.

Kaidanpään Lintutorni is located in Masku, which is about 25 kilometers northwest of the city of Turku. You can reach the area by local bus but then you still have to walk some kilometers. So best to go there is with car or by bicycle. There is small parking place where the path to birding tower starts. Press P on the map for directions to the parking. From the parking you have to walk about 1 km to the observation tower.
