Kværs Heath is an old wandering dune which has been stopped with the planting of trees. The area is a mix of trees, open spaces with heath and ponds. There is a chance to spot the increasingly rare Cincia alpestre. Among the other birds you can encounter are Averla piccola, Averla maggiore, Picchio verde, Picchio rosso maggiore, Picchio nero, Cincia dal ciuffo, Rampichino alpestre and Regolo. The area has also been visited by Tottavilla, Upupa and Nocciolaia.
