Elenite holiday village is situated in a quiet bay with a large beach on the southern slope of the easternmost Balkan Mountain range. Directly behind the resort the wooded hills start. Migrating birds like Gruccione and Cicogna bianca can be seen in August. More seldom Upupa, Ghiandaia marina and Picchio nero. Breeding birds in the area are Rigogolo, Zigolo nero, Picchio verde, Usignolo, Tortora selvatica, Cincia dalmatina, Averla piccola, Averla capirossa,Picchio rosso di Siria, Rondone maggiore and Gabbiano reale.
