The mosaic of landscape types makes Groot Molsbroek a great place to watch a lot of different bird species. Among the birds you can see here are Volpoca, Mestolone, Alzavola, Gabbiano comune, Tarabusino, Airone cenerino, Garzetta, Picchio rosso maggiore, Cardellino, Pettazzurro, Forapaglie comune, Martin pescatore, Svasso maggiore, Svasso piccolo, Moriglione, Chiurlo maggiore, Tarabuso, Beccaccino, Porciglione, Picchio verde and Usignolo di fiume.

You can discover the area by foot or bike, after parking your car at different spots. At the Molsbergenstraat you find the visitor center where you can get a map of the area. There are parking spots in Molbergenstraat and Hamstraat 1. Click on a P in the map for directions. The circular walking route on the map is about 8 km.
