Descrizione
The Schlatzingeraue Natur Park is located in the center of the Maltatal and consists of a small resting area surrounded with wet grasslands and forests next to the river. A small track leads you around the grassland and next to the river, where species such as Ballerina gialla and Merlo acquaiolo can be seen. Small patches of bushes and scattered trees are great for songbirds, like Capinera and Rampichino alpestre and woodpeckers, like Picchio rosso maggiore.
The grassland has several patches with bushes in which species, such as Bigiarella, can be found. With a bit of luck, a Averla piccola might show up here too! The forests, mainly pine, are great for species such as Cincia dal ciuffo, Cincia mora and Fiorrancino. Also, fairly large numbers of Nocciolaia can be found here too!
