Description

Willsbridge Valley is located on the edge of Bristol and offers a range of habitats to explore. This semi urban reserve contains woodland, ponds, streams and wildlife gardens.

In the woodland species such as Hringdúfa, Blámeisa, Svartþröstur, Skjór and many more common birds can be seen all year round. The summer is particularly good for birdsong inlcuding migrants such as Laufsöngvari and Gransöngvari.

The stream offers a wonderful spot to see more illusive species such as Bláþyrill and Fossbúi.

Other wildlife that can be seen inlcudes foxes, frogs, toads, bagders and newts. The site is a great local place to visit all year round.
