Regular, numerous Fossbúi activity is the star of the show. Along the route Bjarthegri, Dverggoði, Gulönd can be seen and various species of wildfowl.

Access

Tipton St John is found north of the A3052, before you reach Ottery St Mary. Parking with a donation box is found opposite the garage. A short walk across the bridge will lead you to a flat but likely muddy public footpath heading south towards Newton Poppleford.
