Description
The Embouchure de la Broye nature reserve is a small wetland with a breeding colony of Sílaþerna , and single pairs of Rindilþvari and Reyrsöngvari. It is especially interesting during migration when a variety of waders (including Lindastelkur , Lóuþræll , Veimiltíta and occasionally Spóatíta and Bakkatíta ) and terns ( Kolþerna, Ránþerna and Skeggþerna ) make a stop over.

The area is easily accessed by car. There is a public car parking place (free). On sunny days in summer the area can become quite crowded.
