Easternmost point on the island of Fårö with open sea. Plenty of seabirds, some waders and flying migratory birds.
Holmuddens Fyr is a lighthouse on the easternmost point on the island of Fårö with beautiful scenery and nice views. The place should be avoided during the holiday season, mid-June to mid-August. There is a limestone beach with some low rocks. The lighthouse has a fenced area. Among the birds you can see are Þaraþerna, Hrafnsönd, Teista, Haförn, Tjaldur, Korpönd, Sendlingur, Glókollur and Húsaskotta.
You can get there by car or bicycle. Parking is available. Then a short walk or longer if you want.
