Description
This small permanent pool attracts a significant number of birds. During migrations and in winter, flocks of waterfowl of up to 300 individuals gather here, including: Álft, Urtönd, Rauðhöfðaönd, Skeiðönd and Grafönd. In warmer periods of the year and with favourable mud conditions, it is easy to observe Flóastelkur, Rúkragi and Lyngstelkur. In spring, nearby you can see Hrossagaukur, Blábrystingur and Hauksöngvari. In the floodplain, the breeding grounds are led here by Vepja, Grátrana and Hnúðsvanur. The floodplain is conducive to observing the hunting Haförn.
Note: the area where the birds are observed is in private hands and is fenced with a net. The birds can be observed from a medium distance without entering its immediate vicinity.

Rozlewisko Bolesławice is located 10 km west of the city of Goleniów. If you arrive by car, you can park right by the backwaters, as indicated on the map. In the area, I suggest walking.
