Description
The area consists of a few small shallow lakes. In winter, 10 species of ducks can be found here, as well as herons. In summer, waders and Flatnefur can be found, as wel as Síkjasöngvari and Flóðsöngvari. But also a chance on nice birds as Taumönd, Dílarella and Stargoði.

There are 2 small parking lots at the Meerweg and the Kleihoogt. The area itself can best be explored walking (or cycling).
