Description

Beautiful national park for self game drive in one of the most awesome places in Africa. A 4WD car is mandatory, because all roads are gravel, sandy and dusty, some of them full of holes and rocks. You can freely drive along the multiple paths and roads within the park. The route you see indicated on the map is just one of many options. You can see hipos, rhinos, giraffes, gemsboks, zebras, kudus and lions. But also many fantastic birds. To name just a few: Bateleur, Martial Eagle, Common Ostrich, Black Eagle, Abyssinian Roller, Hooded Vulture, Secretarybird, Namaqua Sandgrouse, Kori Bustard, Saddle-billed Stork, Green Woodhoopoe, Klaas's Cuckoo and the Southern Ground-Hornbill.
