Beautiful black sand beach with several species of seabirds.
The Vik Beach is very easy to access, and spectacular to visit because of its black sand. Among the birds you can encounter in the area are Kría, Lundi and Kjói.
The town of Vik is located on the south coast of Iceland. You can park in Vik at the shopping center and walk to the beach from there. Click on the P in the map for directions.
